Objective

The objective of ICO Rafting Basic Training is to provide new volunteers with the skills necessary to become safe, competent, reliable, and confident river guides on the South Fork of the American River. Document is in draft form. Each subsection will need to be cleaned up and fleshed out. We can work together on it here, and 'lock' a ratified version when the time comes.

This page has gotten cluttered with all the brainstorming and notes. Those are GOOD things, but I am going to re-organize the page to be more useful for this year's training.
