(work on  boat spacing and following a line)  Note on guide staff:  Good mix off experienced and inexperienced guides. I would recommend training  committee to add further responsibilities to trainees/ apprentices to make them  more prepared for duties of participant trips.   While I don't mind teaching, I have little faith in new apprentices/ guides  ability to take control and complete a job.  Guides must understand duties, responsibilities and work ethic involved. Some  need to be proactive in jobs and should not need to be hand held.   Should work not motivating participants and delegating duties. Lets build  leaders not followers.
